Terms and Conditions

1. General Operations & Timings

• Operating Hours: The official working hours of the institute are from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
• Class Duration: Each regular training session is scheduled for exactly 2 hours.
• Demo Classes: Introductory or demo classes provided to prospective students will be of 1 hour in duration.
• Batch Allocation: Batch timings are assigned subject to availability and management discretion.

2. Attendance & Leave Policy

• Compulsory Attendance: A minimum attendance of 80% to 85% is strictly compulsory for all enrolled students.
• Impact on Placements: Any student failing to meet this minimum attendance threshold will immediately forfeit their eligibility for any placement support or job assistance from the institute.
• Uninformed Leaves: Leaves must be communicated and approved in advance. If a student takes a leave of absence without prior information, IMAGE Institute management and faculty will not be responsible for the lost days or missed topics. Back-up classes will not be provided for unauthorized absences.*

3. Fee Payment & Installments

• Payment Schedule: Course fees must be paid according to the agreed-upon installment schedule at the time of enrollment.
• Default on Payment: If a student fails to pay their scheduled installment amount on or before the due date, the management reserves the right to hold or suspend the student from their current batch until all outstanding dues are cleared.
• Non-Refundable: All fees paid, including enrollment deposits and installments, are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.

4. Internships & Placement Support

• Guaranteed Internship: IMAGE Institute provides a guaranteed internship upon the successful completion of the course curriculum and final evaluations.
• 100% Job Assistance: We offer 100% job assistance to help students secure placements in their respective fields.
• Eligibility Clause: Please note that the guaranteed internship and 100% job assistance are strictly contingent upon the student maintaining the mandatory 80-85% attendance record, demonstrating satisfactory academic performance, and adhering to the institute's code of conduct.

5. Code of Conduct & Intellectual Property

• Discipline: Students are expected to maintain professional behavior within the Institute premises. Any damage to institute property, equipment, or software will be billed directly to the student.
• Course Material: All study materials, assets, and syllabus designs provided by IMAGE Institute are the exclusive intellectual property of the institute. Students are strictly prohibited from distributing, copying, or selling these materials to third parties.
• Right to Terminate: The management reserves the right to terminate a student's enrollment without a refund in cases of severe misconduct, harassment, or continuous violation of these terms.
• Anti-Discrimination Policy: No student shall mock, harass, or discriminate against anyone on the basis of class, color, religion, or sex. If any student is found violating this policy, management will take strict and immediate disciplinary action, which may include permanent expulsion without a fee refund.
• Profanity and Professionalism: The use of bad language, swearing, or disrespectful communication toward peers, faculty, or staff is strictly prohibited. If a student is found using such language, management will take strict actions, which may lead to holding or suspending the student's batch.

6. Modifications to Terms

IMAGE Institute reserves the right to amend or update these terms and conditions, syllabus structures, or fee policies at any time. Students will be notified of any significant changes.

7. Dispute Resolution

• Management’s decision on all matters regarding discipline, attendance, fee disputes, and academics is final and binding.
• Any legal disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, Gujarat.
